Healthy Greek Wrap

RECIPE PREPARATION    
 
  • 1 Flour Tortilla OLE Xtreme Wellness - Fat free
  • 1 Chicken breast
  • 1 Sliced cucumber
  • 1 Cup yogurt Greek
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 Chopped garlic
  • Chopped chives
  • Black olives to taste
  • Hand of scallions
  • Pepper and salt to taste
 

Step # 1 - Prepare Vegetables

Let's start

- peel a cucumber and cut it in round slices, chop garlic, chop scallions in thin slices.

Step # 2 - Greek Sauce

- In a bowl add a cup of fat free yogurt, add a tablespoon of chopped garlic, pepper, salt to taste and mix.

- add the cucumber silces and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Step # 3 Prepare Chicken breast

- Add salt and pepper to a chicken breast, put it on the grill once is cooked slice into strips.

Step # 4 Prepare Wrap

- Heat a flour tortilla Ole Xtreme Wellness - Fat free , when the tortilla is ready add the chicken and cover it with the greek sauce.

Add black olives and sprikle over the chopped scallions, roll the wrap and cut into 2 pieces.

                            SERVE AND ENJOY
