Grilled Fish Wraps

RECIPE PREPARATION    
 
  • 8 La Banderita Soft Taco Flour Tortillas
  • 2 of your favorite fish filets
  • Romaine lettuce
  • 1 Hass avocado, diced
  • 2 plum tomatoes, diced
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeno, finely diced
  • 12 oz of cooked black beans
  • 10 oz of corn.
  • 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1 tsp sea salt,
  • ¾ tsp. pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
 

Step # 1 - Preparing Fish

Let's start

-Mix together with 1 tbsp of olive oil all the ingredients (except the tortillas, fish, pepper and avocado)and allow to marinate for 4 hours.

Brush the fish with the remain olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill for 3 to 4 minutes per side.

Step # 2 - Making Wraps

Warm tortillas according to package instructions. Cut fish into chunks. On each tortillas; add grilled fish, lettuce and vegetables garnish and fold.
