Mexican Bruschetta

RECIPE PREPARATION    
 
  • 1 Chorizo fino “La Banderita”
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • ½ cup refried beans
  • 3 tomatoes chopped
  • 1 chopped serrano Chile
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice
  • 1 bread roll
  • ¼ cum OLÉ quesadilla melting cheese
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • ½ cup cilantro
  • 1 avocado
 

STEP 1 – MAKE SALSA

Chop tomatoes, serrano chili, cilantro and onion and mix in a bowl.
Add lemon juice and salt to taste.

STEP 2 - COOK CHORIZO IN OIL

*watch video* , once it is well cooked we remove the grease from the chorizo.

Cut the bread in half and spread butter to melt. Add the butter to the bread, refried beans and Queso quesadilla OLÉ then
Add the chorizo “La banderita” on the top.
Put it in the oven until the cheese melts and when you are ready to take them out, put them on a plate, add the salsa and
the slice of avocado.
Serve and enjoy!!
