Portobello Mushrooms Tacos

RECIPE PREPARATION    
 
  • 1 Flour Tortilla OLE Xtreme Wellness - Whole Wheat
  • 2 Slices of OLE Fresco Crumbling Cheese
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1 Red bell Pepper
  • 1 Green bell pepper
  • 2 Portobello mushrooms
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • Cilantro
  • Salt to taste
 

Step # 1 - Prepare Vegetables

Let's start

- Chop a garlic, chop green and red pepper, Portobello mushrooms, half onion and cilantro.

Step # 2 - Prepare vegetable stew

- In a hot pan add olive oil, garlic and the chopped onion, cook until golden brown when ready add the green and red pepper and once again cook until golden brown.

Add the Portobello mushrooms, add a tablespoon of soy sauce and mix.

- add the cucumber silces and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Step # 3 Prepare Vegetable wrap with queso fresco

- Open the Queso Fresco OLE and cut 2 slices , heat a flour tortilla OLE Xtreme Wellnes- Whole wheat.

add the vegetable stew then add the slices of queso fresco, chopped cilantro and roll..
