- Cut celety sticks and tomato in thin slices.
Step # 3 Chicken Mix
- In a bowl add the chicken cut in squares, the chopped celery and a tablespoon of whole grain Djon mustard,2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and mix
Step # 4 Prepare Club Sandwich
-Heat 3 pieces of Original Flatbread OLE, on the first layer over the Flatbread add the chicken mix and cover it with the other piece of Flatbread.
-Add 2 pieces of lettuce and the tomato slices, 2 tablespoons of Queso Cotija Ole and 6 strips of bacon, cover it with the third piece of flatbread.
- Use 4 toothpicks to keep it firm and cut in 4 pieces and add 4 black olives.
