Grilled chicken & Avocado Tacos

RECIPE PREPARATION    
 
  • 4 La Banderita - Xtreme flour tortillas
  • 2 medium boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 Hass avocados, peeled and sliced
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1 medium red onion, chopped 1/2 cup corn kernels, cooked
  • Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp. sage
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. oregano
 

Step # 1 - Preparing Chicken

Let's start

- Combine lime juice, olive oil and spices in a plastic zipper bag; add chicken and coat thoroughly; refrigerate for two hours to marinate.

- Grill chicken breast and cut into strips.

Step # 2 - Preparing Chicken Tacos

- Warm tortillas according to package instructions. Fill warm tortillas with chicken, avocado, tomatoes, onion and corn; garnish with cilantro and roll.
