Grilled steak Fajitas

  • 1 Pkg. La Banderita -Fajita Size Flour Tortillas (10 tortillas
  • 2 lbs lean flank steak
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 2 scallions, sliced (optional)
  • 3 medium onions, sliced into long strips
  • 3 bell peppers, sliced into strips
  • 1 cucumber and 1 Bunch of Broccoli
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and fresh pepper to taste

Step # 1 - Preparing Steak

Let's start

- Season steak with cumin, garlic, scallions, salt and pepper; refrigerate for one hour.

-Allow steak to rest at room temperature 10 minutes before grilling. In a large grill-safe pan, combine onions, peppers, olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss well to coat. Place pan on the grill and cook on medium-low heat, tossing occasionally until onions are caramelized, about 20 minutes; set aside; raise grill temperature to high.

- Sear steak 4-6 minutes on each side. Let steak rest a few minutes before slicing into strips.

Step # 2 - Serving Fajitas

- Warm tortillas and fill with steak, onions and peppers. Garnish with cheese, guacamole and sour cream.
