Guacamole

RECIPE PREPARATION    
 
  • 1 20oz Ole tortilla Chips bag
  • 2 Chopped Avocados
  • 2 tablespoons chopped Roma tomato
  • 2 tablespoons minced red onion
  • 5 Chopped pieces of Coriander (cilantro)
  • 1 Jalapeno pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tablespoons salt
 

Step # 1 - Preparing Guacamole

Let's start

-Halve and pit the avocados; scoop out their flesh into a large bowl. With a fork, mash the flesh into a coarse paste.

Stir in the cilantro, onion, chopped jalapeno, tomato, and lime juice.

Season with 1/2 teaspoon salt. Add more lime juice or salt to taste and serve with your favorite Ole Tortillas Chips.

                            SERVE AND ENJOY
