Step # 1 - prepating the chicken

Step # 2 - Prepare Chorizo
- Chop half onion, in a pan add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, add the onion and cook until golden brown.
Step # 3 Prepare the broken eggs
- In a bowl add 2 eggs, without breaking the yolk. In a hot pan add cooking oil, add the eggs and cook until they are ready to serve.
- Put the potatoes in a plate, add the chorizo and put the eggs on the top.
