Beef Street Tacos

½ cup ground beef

¼ cup water

2 teaspoons cumin, ground

2 teaspoons chili powder

4 (4-inch) La Banderita Mini Corn Tortillas, warmed according to directions

½ cup shredded lettuce

1 small tomato, seeded, chopped

Cilantro, chopped

Olé Quesadilla Fresco Cheese, shredded

Olé Crema, optional

4 limes, juiced

Radishes, quartered


1. In a medium skillet, fry beef thoroughly, drain, and return to pan.

2. Add water, cumin, and chili powder, mix and reheat.

3. Place two tortillas together on plate; add beef, and layer with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
