1 pound ground bison
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
4 slices Olé Queso Fresco Cheese
4 (8-inch) Olé Xtreme Wellness Fat-Free Tortillas, warmed according to directions
1 cup baby spinach, fresh
1 small red onion, sliced
1 small tomato, sliced
1. Shape the ground bison into four elongated oval burgers.
2. In a small bowl, mix cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder together. Season both sides of
bison with spice mix.
3. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook burgers, turning once until cooked through. Before removing from skillet, turn heat down, add cheese, and remove from heat when melted.
4. To assemble the wrap, place a warm tortilla on a plate and layer spinach, onion, and tomato in the center. Place bison burger on top and wrap. Serve immediately.
