Chorizo Sausage Street Tacos – Traditional for Trio

8-12 (4-inch) Olé Homestyle Flour Tortillas, warmed according to directions

8 ounces (3 links) La Banderita Chorizo, casings removed

1 (15-ounce) can refried beans, optional

2 medium tomatoes, seeded and cut into chunks

Romaine lettuce, washed and chopped

Olé Queso Fresco, crumbled

Olé Crema



1. In a frying pan, fry chorizo until thoroughly cooked. Remove, drain, and set aside.

2. Prepare refried beans.

3. Hold two tortillas in your hand as your assemble the taco, street-style. Spread each with refried beans, and top with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
