Low Carb Air Fryer Buñuelos (Cinnamon Sugar Chips)

Ingredients

  • 4 La Banderita burrito size tortillas
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Cinnamon sugar (a ratio of 1/4 cup sugar to 1 Tbsp cinnamon)

Directions

  1. Melt butter in a microwave safe cup in microwave
  2. Brush butter onto both sides of tortillas. Cut into eighths (like slicing a pie) to make chip size triangles. Sprinkle evenly with cinnamon sugar.
  3. Add tortillas to prepared air fryer pan. Depending on size of air fryer, you will need to cook in 3-4 batches.  Air fry 350 for 4-5 minutes, shaking half way through
  4. Once done add chips to serving bowl and repeat steps all chips are cooked. Sprinkle with leftover cinnamon sugar as desired.  Chips will be crispy and flaky after cooling for a few minutes.
