Low Carb Buñuelos

Ingredients

  • 4 La Banderita XL Carb Counter 10” tortillas
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp low carb granulated sugar substitute (we used Swerve in testing)
  • 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon

TOPPINGS

Directions

  1. Mix sugar substitute and cinnamon together.
  2. Melt butter in a microwave safe cup in microwave
  3. Brush butter onto both sides of tortillas. Cut into eighths (like slicing a pie) to make chip size triangles. Sprinkle evenly with cinnamon mix.
  4. Add tortillas to prepared air fryer pan. Depending on size of air fryer, you will need to cook in 3-4 batches.  Air fry 350 for 4-5 minutes, shaking half way through

Once done add chips to serving bowl and repeat steps all chips are cooked.  Sprinkle with leftover cinnamon mix as desired.  Chips will be crispy and flaky after cooling for a few minutes.
