Shrimp Fajitas

Ingredients

2 tbsp Blended Oil Mixture
14 ea Shrimp (Cleaned, deveined, tail off 26 - 30)
1/2 ea Green, Yellow, and Red Bell peppers (sliced)
1/2 ea Red Onion (sliced)
1 tbsp Chives (finely sliced)
2 ea Xtreme Wellness Spinach & Herb Tortilla
TT Salt & Pepper
1 tbsp Sour Cream (optional)

BLENDED OIL
1/2 cup Oil
1/2 ea Lemon, juiced
4 ea Chile Arbol Dry
3 ea Garlic

Directions

✔ In a blender mix all Blended Oil ingredients. Set aside.
✔ In a large pan on medium heat add the blended oil mixture. Let heat a minute.
✔ Add shrimp and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for approximately 3 minutes.
✔ Raise heat to medium-high and add all vegetables but the chives. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
✔ Heat up a separate pan on medium. Warm up the tortillas.
✔ Split into two tortillas the Shrimp Fajita equally.
✔ Fold the Tortillas and garnish with chives. Add sour cream (optional)
